Working environment and equipment
We want you to be as happy and productive as possible, so we give you a great deal of control over your workspace, including a choice of PC specification including:
RAM: 16GB or more
Mac or Windows, your choice
Manufacturers and models negotiable
Additional display monitors if needed

Design and development tools can be introduced according to project requirements
Independence and autonomy
We operate a 20% rule to keep things fun and engaging: four days for assigned tasks, one day for other projects and activities according to our personal interests.
From the earliest interviews, we assess skills and interests to understand your personal growth journey - and to support your next steps. These insights allow us to assign projects and roles that best match your enthusiasm, interests and motivation.
We want to see you grow, so Asial operates an “Assistance for Self-Growth” policy. We invest in training materials and tools to ensure you develop the skills and abilities needed to promote self-development.
Flexibility
Not everyone is productive working 9 to 5. So our people are free to choose a working style that better suits them. We all work between 11:00 and 15:00 to ensure overlap and continuity - but you’re free to choose your other hours and working location, including remotely.
So if you have to do the school run, or simply want to avoid peak commuting hours, you can adjust your own schedule. And if you prefer working in isolation or maximum concentration, then you’re free to work from home too.
